So far I have been very satisfied with products, with communication, and delivery time. Staff is very helpful, answering time is short. If it keeps going like this I might even expand a cooperation with this supplier.

This is my 4th scooter. This supplier is a little slow but will reply within 2 days. They do have you do work yo make sure things don't work. They will resolve the problem. Thanks to Kate I can be a difficult customers but this supplier will make it right. Kate's always been super nice and professional
